on April 12-14 Writers' House invites you to Tamar Kvesitadze's mixed exhibition. Paintings and dolls (10 exhibits in total) will be presented at the exhibition. As the artist mentions the idea to make exhibition was spontaneous.
The exhibition is especially interesting because Tamar Kvesitadze hasn't held an exhibition in Tbilisi in the last 10 years, and also because among the exhibits there are her newly created dolls as well. Tamar Kvesitadze started making dolls in 90-s, but later she did them only for private collectioners and on orders. Writers' House was chosen for exhibition exactly because of her dolls, as the artist mentions her dolls will look especially attractive in the space of Writers' House.
Tamar Kvesitadze holds personal and joint exhibitions in Europe, three of her works were sold at Sotheby's exhibition and are kept in many private collections as well.
