The jury has announced final nominees of Iakob Gogebashvili Young Adult Literary Prize.
Iakob Gogebashvili Young Adult Literary Award s a conjoint project of The Writers' House and Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia, it was announced for the first time in 2017 and will be held on yearly basis. The aim of the award is to encourage children's book writers' and publishers' work.
The contest was open to the books published in Georgia in 2016, e-books of plays (considering that publishers rarely publish plays) and innovative children's projects.
the total 48 nominees 18 were shortlisted.
Finalists of this year's Iakob Gogebashvili Young Adult Literary Prize are:
